Greyson Goody

Greyson Goody is a Partner and trial attorney at the Simon Law Group where he prosecutes personal
injury cases.  These include complex spinal injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful death.  Greyson is
originally from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Since becoming an attorney in 2013, Greyson has tried 23 cases
to verdict and recovered more than $50,000,000 as a result of those verdicts.  His first trial as lead
counsel was on the case of Pebley v. Santa Clara Organics, resulting in a $3,466,000 verdict for a cervical
fusion.  Pebley was appealed and the appellate court’s ruling finally gave clarity to the issue of
determining a reasonable value for lien-based treatment when the plaintiff is insured. Greyson’s proudest
moments as a trial attorney come from teaching and trying cases with other young attorneys and
learning the ropes together.

Greyson’s (not so) secret sauce is “honesty, openness, and humility.” He models his trial tactics after
Gerry Spence, Keith Mitnick, and his best friends at The Simon Law Group who he learned how to try
cases with.
