KEY SKILLS: LEARNING HOW TO GIVE BIRTH TO THE VISIONARY WITHING YOU….GROWING YOUR INNOVATIVENESS & CREATIVITY

We will cover steps you can use – including various pretrial motions which place the plaintiff in a tactical advantage at various points in the handling of the case. This session will be proceeded by two sessions one hour each of video conference calls in order to allow the faculty members and attendees to better acquaint themselves with one another and to prepare together in order to make the live session more productive and meaningful. Just some of the subjects which will be discussed include unique methods of discussing damages issues and voir dire; use of the “suggestion of non-compliance;” the “parallel opening statement;” three innovative methods of cross-examination including the “three-prong fork in the road method of cross-examination;” creative pretrial motions including the motion to allow jurors to take notes and the motion to allow jurors to ask questions and the motion to allow jurors to have individual sets of exhibits and many more. This will be a complete overview of unique innovations which you can use in your next trial to take your case to a different level.
