Jury Selection

In this workshop, attorney participants will do jury selection with mock jurors. Artemis and Amy will work with you on how to connect with jurors, how to build a story about your case, and how to develop cause strikes. Before arriving in Las Vegas, we’ll work together on voir dire outlines for an upcoming trial so what to ask is already prepared, and our workshop time can focus on how to:
- have fun and trust your jurors,
- develop rapport in seconds,
- maneuver from group questions to individual questions and vice versa,
- build a team,
- ask follow-up questions,
- learn jurors’ personal experiences and expectations about your story, and
- start and close out cause strikes.
