David deRubertis will discuss his approach and structure to closing. Topics will include how to elevate the case’s importance, empower your jurors, ask for money and get the jury to see the importance of the case and their job as jurors. David will demonstrate portions of his closing argument in his recent landmark Martinez/Page v. Southern California Edison case in which the jury returned a record-setting $464.5 million dollar retaliation verdict.
