Approaches to Voir Dire

David and Dusty will discuss their unique approaches to voir dire, including how they empower jurors, explore damages and other sensitive topics, and strategically exercise peremptory strikes to build a team of heroes who will deliver full justice at the end of the trial. This lecture will contrast approaches used by David and Dusty in their most recent trials illustrating that very different approaches still resulted in similar success.
