Negative Space Workshop

This interactive breakout session will focus on the concept of negative space in cross-examining adverse witnesses, including the defendant and the defense medical examiner.
Together, and working off of a shared fact pattern, we will work on identifying when to use the negative space concept in your depositions and trial examinations, and how to use this method effectively in those situations we identify. The group will work collaboratively to develop each person’s cross examination and will require each participant to engage in cross-examination hypotheticals.
We will hold a pre-session Zoom meeting to go over the shared fact pattern and witnesses we will be cross examining.
