While it is no secret that success at trial is in large part built upon preparation, what is often misunderstood is how you should prepare your case for trial. We have developed the tools, processes, and strategies to put you and your case in the best position for trial success. This system is an integral component of every case our firm litigates and every case our firm works-up in our trial consulting practice. This system has been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in trial verdicts and settlements. And we will share it with you in this workshop.

We will provide every attendee who signs-up for this workshop with the worksheets that we use to dissect, analyze, and rebuild cases in order to get them trial ready. We will then pre-select one attendee’s case to workup throughout the workshop, and we will teach all attendees how to maximize their results utilizing these worksheets on their own cases.
