Amber Fernatt

Amber is responsible for overseeing all pre-litigation cases, working closely with the Case Management team to guide the direction of cases. She plays a key role in reviewing and approving settlement values, counter demands, and all settlement agreements that pass through the firm. Her oversight ensures that settlements are both fair and strategic, and she personally handles the review and signing of releases, along with the settlement accounting documentation. Additionally, she assists attorneys in litigation tasks, including the preparation of mediation briefs and managing litigation settlements. She also takes charge of settlement accounting documents and oversees the execution of releases and distributions. Part of her role also involves training case managers on settlement procedures and damages-related matters, ensuring their team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage pre-litigation cases.
