Santos Vargas is an experienced trial lawyer with a state-wide fiduciary and business litigation practice and an equity partner at Davis & Santos, PLLC.

Santos is the President-Elect of the State Bar of Texas and former Chair of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas, co-chair of the Texas Bar Journal Board of Editors, chair of the Local Bar Services Committee, and past president of both the San Antonio Bar Association and the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association.

Santos is also a member of the Dallas, Austin, Tarrant County, and San Antonio Bar Associations and a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Santos earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University. He is also a member of the St. Mary’s University Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Santos is married to San Antonio Bar Association President-Elect, Patricia Vargas, and is father to Laura (14), Santos Jr. (12), and Lucia (6).
