John Demas is the founder of Demas Law Group and one of California’s most respected plaintiff trial attorneys, with more than 30 years dedicated exclusively to representing injured individuals and families. John has a long history of active involvement and leadership within California’s legal community. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization limited to the nation’s most experienced trial lawyers, and previously served as President of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of ABOTA. He also served as President of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and as a Board Member of Consumer Attorneys of California.
A frequent lecturer and speaker, John has presented at seminars and conventions throughout the state for organizations including Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and Capital City Trial Lawyers Association.
In addition to trying cases, John serves the legal community as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in Sacramento County, and as a Mediator in El Dorado and Placer Counties.
