The class is a hands-on approach to cross-examination where you will learn how to attack and discredit an expert witness both substantively and through collateral attack. • Properly expose a lie, so the jury Knows it’s a Lie, and not a mistake
• Exposing attempt by the Expert to minimize the injuries suffered by your client
• Proving that the witness is minimizing, modifying and exaggerating crucial parts of your case
• Turning the best answers on cross into powerful and winning arguments on summation
• Setting the witness up and knocking the witness down
