Litigating Spine Injury Cases from Beginning to End

Whether a case involves a spinal fusion or fusion recommendation, the defense often hires the same experts to opine the same thing: The plaintiff suffered a soft tissue injury that should have healed in 8 to 10 weeks. This workshop will help guide you through how to appropriately litigate the case and ultimately try the case to discredit the defense and their experts while establishing the significance of your client's injury. Through active participation, the class will help to teach the pitfalls to try and avoid while identifying those aspects of your case that are critical for effective cross-examination. Jason will use real-world examples from other Spine Injury cases, including a $4.8 million non-surgical lumbar spine verdict that he obtained earlier this year, to teach the skills and techniques that he regularly uses.
